Stephanie R. Holan, Esq., M.Ed. is a philanthropist, educator, and attorney from Dallas, Texas.  She founded and runs her own law practice, Holan Law, PLLC.  In addition to running her law practice, she founded and runs two non-profits, Operation Rubber Duck and United State of She.

Motivated by her own upbringing in a small, poverty-ridden farming town, she founded United State of She, whose primary focus is the education of underprivileged youth, with a specific focus on combatting bias and prejudice through travel.  Ms. Holan realizes that the only way to combat poverty and ignorance is to travel and interact with as many different people and cultures as possible.

Every summer, USOS takes a summer tour across the United States that last eight to ten days.  These tours focus on The American Revolution, The Civil Rights Movement, Native American History, and Women's Rights in the United States.

Ms. Holan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with her Bachelor of Science in 2003.  In 2009, she received her Masters Degree in Education from Lamar University, and in 2014, Ms. Holan graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate.  Ms. Holan is currently a licensed, practicing attorney in Texas, and still holds her Texas State Board of Education Teaching Certificate for Early Childhood through Eighth grades.

Stephanie Holan currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with her 15-year old daughter, Hallie, and their fur babies, Hedy the Wonder Pup and Isla the Sassy Cat.

Sarah N. Atkinson currently resides in Splendora, Texas, with her husband, Kris, and their three daughters, Hannah, Kayla, and Emma.
